The customer will not hold Chicago Scanning LLC liable for any items lost or damaged in the digitizing process, or by acts of God. The customer understands Chicago Scanning LLC reserves the right to refuse the transfer of any material deemed unacceptable. All sales are final. All rush orders require pre-approval before starting. Orders estimated to be over $500 will require a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost to be paid in advance, which will apply in full towards the final cost of the order. Orders paid with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. Samples are available upon request, and must be requested at the time of order dropoff. Samples will be billed at the specified rate along with the rest of the order upon project completion. We reserve the right to bill your credit card on file if an invoice remains unpaid after 7 calendar days. The customer agrees to pick up items within 30 days from the date of project completion, or be subject to a monthly storage fee. This fee typically ranges from $5 to $50 based on the size of the project, and is billed directly from the card on file each month. If no card is on file, an invoice will be billed to the customer email on file. Items left longer than 60 days from the date of project completion may be disposed of at the discretion of Chicago Scanning LLC.
